目的：研究、分析联合应用卡托普利与单硝酸异山梨醇酯对慢性心功能不全的治疗作用。方法：收治慢性心力衰竭患者100例，随机分为两组，对照组进行常规治疗，仅服用卡托普利，研究组采用卡托普利与单硝酸异山梨醇酯联合治疗，用药8周后进行心肌重塑情况和治疗效果评价。结果：研究组的治疗显效率、有效率、总有效率及左心室射血分数明显高于对照组；患者心率、收缩压、舒张压均明显低于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论：联合应用卡托普利与单硝酸异山梨醇酯能够有效地治疗慢性心功能不全。%Objective:To study and analyze the therapeutic effect of captopril combined with isosorbide mononitrate in the treatment of patients with chronic cardiac insufficiency.Methods:100 patients with chronic cardiac insufficiency were selected. They were randomly divided into the two groups.The control group was treated with conventional therapy,only taking captopril.The study group was treated with captopril combined with isosorbide mononitrate.After 8 weeks of treatment,we performed the evaluation of myocardial remodeling situation and treatment effect.Results:The significant effective rate,the effective rate,the total effective rate and left ventricular ejection fraction of the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group;the heart rate,systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion:The combined application of captopril and isosorbide mononitrate can effectively treat patients with chronic cardiac insufficiency.
