目的：通过研究胸腺瘤组织中的p27、PTEN和Ki-67情况，以确定这3种蛋白是否和肿瘤有关。方法：收治经临床病理证实为胸腺瘤的患者52例，正常患者12例，采用免疫组化方法，检测这3种蛋白的情况。结果：胸腺肿瘤组织(良性、侵袭性质胸腺肿瘤)中，p27表达降低，差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)，而PTEN、Ki-67表达升高，差异均具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：3者的联合检测对于胸腺瘤的早期诊断预防，以及后期的治疗分类具有重要的意义。%Objective:To determine whether p27,PTEN and Ki-67 these 3 proteins are related to the tumor by study the situation they express in thymoma.Methods:52 patients with thymoma who were confirmed by clinical pathology were selected,12 normal patients were also selected,the situation of these 3 proteins were detected by immunohistochemical method.Results:p27 expression decreased in thymus tumor tissue(benign,aggressive thymic tumor),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05), and the expression of Ki-67 and PTEN increased,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:These three combined detection has important significance on the early diagnosis and prevention of thymoma and late stage treatment.
