氨溴索注射液佐治新生儿肺炎76例效果研究

摘要

Objective:To investigate the effect of ambroxol hydrochloride injection in adjuvant treatment of neonatal pneumonia. Methods:76 patients with neonatal pneumonia were selected.They were divided into the two groups.The control group was treated with routine method.The observation group with ambroxol adjuvant therapy.The effect of the two groups was observed and compared.Results:The effective rate of the observation group was 97.36% which was higher than that of the control group with 76.31%.The recovery time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group.There were significant differences between groups,with statistical significance (P<0.05).Conclusion:Using ambroxol injection in adjuvant treatment of neonatal pneumonia can significantly improve the treatment efficiency,shorten the onset time of the drug,and with less adverse reactions, good clinical results.%目的：探究氨溴索注射液佐治新生儿肺炎的临床效果。方法：收治新生儿肺炎患者76例，分为两组，对照组采用常规方法治疗，观察组采用氨溴索注射液佐治，观察两组效果并进行比较。结果：观察组治疗有效率97.36%，高于对照组的76.31%，观察组恢复时间短于对照组，组间比较，差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：采用氨溴索注射液佐治新生儿肺炎能够明显提高治疗有效率，缩短药物见效时间，且不良反应少，临床效果良好。
