妊娠期及分娩期子宫破裂20例临床分析

摘要

目的：探讨妊娠期及分娩期子宫破裂的临床表现及诊治措施。方法：对凉州区医院2008年2月-2014年12月发生的20例妊娠期及分娩期子宫破裂进行回顾性分析。结果：瘢痕子宫和梗阻性难产是分娩期发生子宫破裂的主要原因；全部患者经手术证实及治疗，其中产妇死亡1例，围生儿死亡2例。结论：子宫破裂是妊娠晚期和分娩时的严重并发症，威胁母婴生命，应引起高度重视。加强孕产期保健，严格掌握剖宫产指征，提高产科专业人员的技术水平是降低分娩期子宫破裂发生的根本措施，一旦怀疑妊娠期先兆子宫破裂或子宫破裂，应行剖宫产终止妊娠。%Objective:To investigate the clinical manifestations and treatment of uterine rupture during pregnancy and childbirth. Methods:20 patients with uterine rupture during pregnancy and childbirth were selected.The clinical data was retrospectively analyzed.Results:Scar uterus and obstructed labor were the main causes of uterine rupture during labor.All patients were treated and confirmed by operation,among them,1 case of maternal death,2 cases of perinatal death.Conclusion:Uterine rupture is a serious complication of late pregnancy and childbirth,which threatens the life of mother and infant.It should be paid more attention and we should take corresponding measures.
