社区医生在建立社区居民健康档案过程中所遇的困境及相应的对策

摘要

目的：居民健康档案是记录居民健康状况的系统化文件或资料库，系统、全面的居民健康档案有助于社区服务人员掌握所在社区居民健康状况，了解社区居民主要的健康问题，更好地开展有针对性的疾病管理。本研究分析社区医生在建立社区居民健康档案的过程中遇到的困难，并提出相应的解决对策，以提高居民健康档案的管理水平。%Resident health archives is a systematic file and database to record the health conditions of residents.Systematic and comprehensive health records of residents can help the community service personnel to grasp the health status of community resi-dents,and understand the important health problems of community residents,in order to carry out needle of disease management better.In this study,we analyzed the difficulties encountered in the process of community residents' health archives,and put for-ward the corresponding countermeasures,in order to improve the management level of the residents' health records.
