伴发病对腹腔镜辅助胃癌胃切除术患者术后并发症的影响

Objective:To investigate the effect of postoperative complications with the incidence of laparoscopic assisted gastrectomy for gastric cancer patients.Methods:530 patients with gastric cancer were selected,with laparoscopic assisted gastrectomy,evaluation of various impacts on the incidence of postoperative complications.Results:The single factor analysis showed that heart disease,central nervous system disease,liver disease,renal dysfunction,restrictive pulmonary dysfunction were significantly associated with postoperative complications.Conclusion:For gastric cancer patients underwent laparoscopy assisted gastrectomy,heart disease and liver disease are independent risk factors for complications after surgery.%目的：探讨伴发疾病对腹腔镜辅助胃切除术后患者手术后并发症的预示因素。方法：收治胃癌患者530例，行腹腔镜辅助胃切除术，评价各种伴发病对手术后并发症的影响。结果：单因素分析显示，心脏病、中枢神经系统疾病、肝病、肾功能障碍、限制性肺功能障碍与手术后并发症显著相关。结论：胃癌经腹腔镜辅助胃切除术的患者，存在心脏疾病和肝病是手术后并发症的独立危险因素。
