对充血性心力衰竭合并室性心律失常给予胺碘酮治疗的临床效果评价

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of amiodarone in the treatment of congestive heart failure combined with ventricular arrhythmia.Methods:108 cases of patients with congestive heart failure combined with ventricular arrhythmia were divided into two groups randomly.Patients in the control group were given conventional antiarrhythmic therapy,while patients in the treatment group were given amiodarone based on the control group.The clinical effect of the two groups was compared.Results:The clinical total improvement rate of the treatment group was 92.6%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The cardiac function and QT interval dispersion of the two groups after treatment were better than those before treatment(P<0.05).The improvement of cardiac function and QT interval dispersion in the treatment group after treatment were significantly better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Amiodarone in the treatment of congestive heart failure combined with ventricular arrhythmias could correct arrhythmia and improve the cardiac function of patients,and the adverse reaction was mild.%目的：探讨充血性心力衰竭并室性心律失常给予胺碘酮治疗的临床效果。方法：收治充血性心力衰竭并室性心律失常患者108例，随机分为两组。对照组给予常规抗心律失常治疗，治疗组在对照组基础上给予胺碘酮治疗，比较两组临床疗效。结果：治疗组临床总好转率92.6%，明显高于对照组，差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。两组治疗后心功能、QT 间期离散度均优于治疗前(P＜0.05)。治疗组治疗后心功能、QT 间期离散度改善程度明显优于对照组，差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：胺碘酮治疗充血性心力衰竭并室性心律失常可纠正异常心律，改善患者的心功能，且不良反应轻微。
