老年非瓣膜病房颤应用华法林抗凝治疗预防脑梗死的作用分析

Objective:To discuss the effect of elderly non-valvular atrial fibrillation with warfarin anticoagulation treatment to prevent cerebral infarction.Methods:100 patients with elderly non-valvular atrial fibrillation were selected.They were divided in two groups.Group a received aspirin antiplatelet therapy;group b warfarin anticoagulation therapy.The rate of cerebral infarction, the incidence of adverse bleeding,and the mortality rate were evaluated.Results:The incidence of cerebral infarction in group a was 10%,higher than that in group b of 2%(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of elderly non-valvular atrial fibrillation with warfarin anticoagulation treatment to prevent cerebral infarction is good.It can effectively reduce the incidence of cerebral infarction.%目的：探讨老年非瓣膜病房颤应用华法林抗凝治疗预防脑梗死的作用。方法：收治老年非瓣膜病房颤患者100例，分两组。a组行阿司匹林抗血小板治疗；b组应用华法林抗凝治疗。评价脑梗死率、不良出血事件发生率、病死率。结果：a组脑梗死发生率10.00%，高于b组的2.00%(P＜0.05)。结论：老年非瓣膜病房颤应用华法林抗凝治疗预防脑梗死的作用确切，可有效降低脑梗死发病率。
