目的：探讨无创通气对COPD合并呼吸衰竭中的治疗效果。方法：收治COPD合并呼吸衰竭患者92例，随机分为两组，每组46例。对照组给予常规治疗，观察组在对照组基础上给予无创通气治疗，对比两组的临床疗效。结果：观察组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(P＜0.05)。两组治疗后的动脉血氧分压高于治疗前，动脉血二氧化碳分压低于治疗前(P＜0.05)。观察组治疗后的动脉血氧分压高于对照组，动脉血二氧化碳分压低于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论：无创通气对COPD合并呼吸衰竭具有良好的治疗效果。%Objective:To investigate the therapeutic effect of noninvasive ventilation in the treatment of COPD complicated with respiratory failure.Methods:92 cases of patients with COPD complicated with respiratory failure were divided into two groups randomly,with 46 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional treatment,and the observation group was given noninvasive ventilation treatment based on the control group,and the clinical effect of the two groups was compared. Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was signiifcantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). The arterial oxygen partial pressure of the two groups after treatment was higher than that before treatment,and the arterial partial pressure of carbon dioxide was lower than that before treatment(P<0.05).The arterial oxygen partial pressure of the observation group after treatment was higher than that of the control group,and the arterial partial pressure of carbon dioxide was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Noninvasive ventilation in the treatment of COPD combined with respiratory failure had good effect.
