活性银离子抗菌液治疗孕妇牙龈炎临床效果观察

摘要

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of active silver ion antibacterial liquid in the treatment of gingivitis in pregnant women.Methods:60 cases of pregnant women with gingivitis were selected.They were randomly divided into the study group and the control group with 30 cases in each.Patients in the study group were treated with active silver ion antibacterial liquid for gargle,while patients in the control group were treated with hydrogen peroxide for gargle.We compared the plaque index(PLI),sulcus bleeding index(SBI),gingival index(GI) before and after treatment of the two groups.Results:After treatment,the SBI and GI in the study group were signiifcantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of active silver ion antibacterial liquid in the treatment of gingivitis in pregnant women was signiifcant.%目的：探讨活性银离子抗菌液治疗孕妇牙龈炎的临床效果。方法：收治牙龈炎孕妇60例，随机分为研究组和对照组各30例，研究组采用活性银离子抗菌液漱口，对照组采用双氧水漱口，比较两组治疗前后的菌斑指数(PLI)、龈沟出血指数(SBI)、牙龈指数(GI)。结果：治疗后，研究组的SBI及GI明显低于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论：活性银离子抗菌液治疗孕妇牙龈炎的临床效果显著。
