分层次护理对临床治疗的妇科恶性肿瘤患者生活质量的作用

摘要

目的：研究、分析分层次护理对行临床治疗的妇科恶性肿瘤患者生活质量的作用。方法：选取妇科肿瘤患者96例，随机分为两组。对观察组给予分层护理方式进行护理干预，对照组给予常规的护理操作。观察并比较两组护理后生活质量情况以及患者及其家属对护理服务的满意度。结果：经过不同护理服务后，观察组生活质量优于对照组，差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。观察组及其家属对护理服务满意度优于对照组，差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：对正行临床治疗的妇科肿瘤患者实施分层护理可有效提高患者生活质量，同时也能有效提高患者及其家属对护理服务的满意度。%Objective:To study and analyze the effect of stratified nursing care on the life quality of the patients with gynecologic malignant tumor in clinical treatment.Method:96 patients with gynecologic malignant tumor were selected.They were divided into two groups.Patients in the observation group received nursing intervention by stratified nursing,and patients in the control group received routine nursing operation.The life quality and satisfaction of patients and their family members after nursing care in the two groups were observed and compared.Result:After different care services,the patients in the observation group were significantly better than the ones in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of patients and their family members of the observation group were significantly better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Stratified nursing care for the patients with gynecologic malignant tumor in clinical treatment can effectively improve the life quality of patients,and it also can effectively improve the satisfaction of patients and their families to care services.
