肺间质改变为主的继发性肺结核CT表现

摘要

Objective:To investigate the CT manifestations of secondary pulmonary tuberculosis with the main change of pulmonary interstitial.Methods:46 patients with secondary pulmonary tuberculosis with the main change of pulmonary interstitial were selected.All patients were examined by CT during treatment and after treatment.The CT manifestations and prognosis were observed.Results:The signs of CT detection rate of 46 patients at the end of intensive treatment period,continue treatment period(6 months)and after the end of treatment(12 months)were significantly lower than before the treatment.The signs of CT detection rate of the end of consolidation treatment period was significantly lower than the end of intensive treatment period.The signs of CT after treatment was significantly lower than the final detection rate of consolidation therapy.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:For patients with secondary pulmonary tuberculosis with the main change of pulmonary interstitial examined by CT can display the characteristics of the changes of lung,signs and prognosis clearly.%目的：探讨以肺间质改变为主的继发性肺结核的CT表现。方法：收治以肺间质改变为主的继发性肺结核患者46例，在患者治疗期间及治疗结束后对其进行CT检查，观察CT表现及转归情况。结果：46例患者在强化治疗期末、继续治疗期末(6个月)及治疗结束后(12个月)的CT征象检出率较治疗前显著降低，且巩固治疗期末的CT征象检出率显著低于强化治疗期末，治疗结束后的 CT 征象检出率显著低于巩固治疗期末，且差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：对以肺间质改变为主的继发性肺结核采用CT检查，可以清晰显示肺部的改变特征、征象及转归情况。
