目的：探讨麻醉引起的低血压对剖宫产产后出血的影响及预防措施。方法：收治剖宫产产妇1028例，随机分为观察组与对照组。观察组剖宫产手术中给予预防血压下降措施，对照组未给予预防血压下降措施，比较两组产后出血发生率。结果：观察组产后出血4例，产后出血率0.78%。对照组产后出血15例，产后出血率2.8%，出血量600～1500 mL。19例产后出血患者全部治愈。结论：剖宫产术中预防血压下降措施能维持产妇血压，避免麻醉引起的低血压，可有效预防产后出血的发生。%Objective:To investigate the preventive measures and effect of hypotension caused by anesthesia on postpartum hemorrhage in cesarean section.Methods:1 028 cases of puerperae with cesarean section were divided into the observation group and the control group randomly.The patients in the observation group were given measures to prevent the drop of blood pressure in cesarean section surgery,while patients in the control group were not given measures to prevent the drop of blood pressure.The incidence of postpartum hemorrhage between groups was compared.Results:4 cases had postpartum hemorrhage in the observation group and the incidence of postpartum hemorrhage was 0.78%.15 cases had postpartum hemorrhage in the control group and the incidence of postpartum hemorrhage was 2.8%,and the amount of bleeding was from 600 to 1 500 mL.19 cases of patients with postpartum hemorrhage were all cured.Conclusion:The preventive measures of the drop of blood pressure in cesarean section surgery could maintain the blood pressure of puerperae and avoid the hypotension caused by anesthesia,which could prevent the occurrence of postpartum hemorrhage effectively.
