急性颅脑损伤临床麻醉处理分析

摘要

Objective:To investigate the clinical anesthesia methods in patients with acute craniocerebral injury.Methods:The anesthesia methods in 180 cases of patients with acute craniocerebral injury were analyzed retrospectively.Results:There was no patient died in the operation,After the operation,25 cases of patients died,and the mortality was 13.89%,including 9 cases of patients dying of pulmonary infection and 6 cases of patients dying of multiple organfailure.155 cases of patients recovered. Conclusion:Timely diagnosis and evaluation of the patients with acute craniocerebral injury,adequate preoperative preparation and appropriate anesthesia methods could improve the success rate of clinical treatment effectively and reduce the mortality.%目的：探讨急性颅脑损伤患者的临床麻醉方法。方法：回顾性分析急性颅脑损伤患者180例的麻醉方法。结果：手术中无患者死亡。手术后，25例患者死亡，死亡率13.89%，其中死于肺部感染9例，死于多器官功能衰竭6例。155例患者痊愈。结论：及时诊断和评估急性颅脑损伤患者病情、充分的术前准备、合适的麻醉方法可有效提高临床治疗的成功率，降低死亡率。
