疝环充填式无张力疝修补术治疗老年腹股沟复发疝40例的临床分析

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of tension-free mesh plug hernioplasty in the treatment of aged recurrent inguinal hernia.Methods:40 cases of patients with aged recurrent inguinal hernia were as the research object.They were treated with tension-free mesh plug hernioplasty.Results:The average operation time was (91.5±16.9)min.After the operation,8 cases of patients had acute urinary retention,and 1 cases of patients had scrotum effusion,with grade a wound healing.The average length of stay was (7.3±2.4)d.During the follow-up of one year,no recurrence was found.Conclusion:Tension-free mesh plug hernioplasty in the treatment of aged recurrent inguinal hernia had significant clinical effect.%目的：探讨疝环充填式无张力疝修补术治疗老年腹股沟复发疝的临床效果。方法：收治老年腹股沟复发疝患者40例作为研究对象，给予疝环充填式无张力疝修补术治疗。结果：平均手术时间(91.5±16.9)min。手术结束后，8例患者出现急性尿潴留，1例患者出现阴囊积液，切口达到甲级愈合。患者平均住院时间(7.3±2.4)d。随后1年的随访过程中，未发现患者术后复发。结论：疝环充填式无张力疝修补术治疗老年腹股沟复发疝疗效显著。
