文拉法辛治疗老年高血压或不伴高血压的抑郁症患者的疗效

摘要

Objective:To explore the efficacy of venlafaxine in the treatment of elderly patients with hypertension or without hypertension.Methods:80 cases of senile depression patients were selected.They were divided into the observation group(with hypertension) and the control group(without hypertension) with 40 cases in each.They were all treated with venlafaxine.We compared the treatment effect.Results:After treatment,the HAMD score and HAMA score in two groups were statistically significant compared with before treatment(P < 0.05).The total effective rate of two groups was not statistically significant (P > 0.05).After 4 weeks of treatment,there was no significant difference in systolic and diastolic blood pressure between groups(P > 0.05).Conclusion:The efficacy of venlafaxine in the treatment of elderly patients with hypertension or without hypertension was better.After 4 weeks of treatment,the blood pressure will rise reversibly.%目的：探讨文拉法辛治疗老年高血压或不伴高血压抑郁症患者的效果。方法：收治老年抑郁症患者80例，分为观察组(合并高血压)和对照组(无高血压)各40例，均采用文拉法辛治疗，比较治疗效果。结果：治疗后，两组的HAMD评分和HAMA评分与治疗前相比，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；两组治疗总有效率差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05)；治疗4周后，两组的收缩压和舒张压差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05)。结论：文拉法辛对老年高血压和不伴高血压的抑郁症患者均有良好的治疗效果，治疗4周后，血压会可逆性上升。
