产后个性化护理对产妇产后母乳喂养及生活质量的影响

摘要

目的：研究产后个性化护理对产妇产后母乳喂养及生活质量的影响。方法：将分娩产妇100例分为两组，对照组给予基础护理，观察组给予产后个性化护理，对比两组的生活质量和母乳喂养情况。结果：产后6 d，观察组的母乳喂养率和生活质量评分明显高于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论：产后个性化护理可以提高母乳喂养率，在一定程度上还能改善产妇的生活质量。%Objective:The effect of postpartum individualized nursing on postpartum breast feeding and life quality of puerpera.Methods:100 cases of delivery puerpera were divided into two groups.The control group were given basic nursing. The observation group were given postpartum individualized nursing.The life quality and breast feeding of two groups were compared.Results:In 6 days after delivery,the breast feeding rate and life quality score of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Postpartum individualized nursing can improve the breast feeding rate and the life quality of puerpera in a certain extent.
