骨科超高龄手术患者术后低蛋白血症发生的相关高危因素分析

摘要

目的：寻找骨科超高龄老年患者术后低蛋白血症发生的相关高危因素。方法：收治超高龄老年手术患者379例，对可能与术后低蛋白血症发生有关的潜在高危因素进行统计分析。结果：术后出现低蛋白血症概率：髋、膝部位手术大于其他部位；发病至入院间隔时间3 d以上＞3 d以下；术中出血200 mL以上＞200 mL以下；90岁以上＞90岁以下；术前血清白蛋白35 g/L以下＞35 g/L以上。结论：髋膝部位手术、发病至入院间隔时间3 d以上、术中出血200 mL以上、90岁以上、术前血清白蛋白35 g/L以下是术后出现低蛋白血症的高危因素。%Objective:To find the high risk factors associated with the occurrence of postoperative hypoproteinemia in over-aged patients undergoing surgery in the department of orthopedics.Methods:379 over-aged elder patients with surgery were selectd.We analyzed the potential high risk factors that may be associated with postoperative hypoproteinemia.Results:The probability that occur postoperative hypoalbuminemia:the probability of hip and knee surgery was greater than that of other parts,the onset to hospital interval for more than 3 days was higher than that less than 3 days;the intraoperative bleeding of more than 200 mL was greater than that of less than 200 mL;over 90 years of age was higher than below 90 years of age;preoperative serum albumin less than 35 g/L was greater than that of more than 35 g/L.Conclusion:Hip and knee surgery,time of onset to admission interval of more than 3 daies,the intraoperative blood loss more than 200 mL,over 90 years of age,the preoperative serum albumin below 35 g/L are the risk factors of postoperative hypoproteinemia.
