无保护会阴接生法对会阴裂伤程度的效果影响

摘要

Objective:To investigate the effect influence of unprotected perineum delivery on the degree of perineal laceration. Methods:According to different delivery methods,140 cases of puerpera were divided into two groups.The control group was given traditional protected perineum delivery.The research group was given unprotected perineum delivery.The degree of perineal laceration,labor pain and perineum incision of the two groups were compared.Results:The 0 degree of perineal laceration rate,the 0 degrees of labor pain rate and the perineal integrity rate of the research group were better than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Unprotected perineum delivery could reduce the degree of perineal laceration and reduce the labor pain effectively.%目的：探讨无保护会阴接生法对会阴裂伤程度的效果影响。方法：收治产妇140例，根据采用的接生法的不同分为两组。对照组给予传统会阴保护接生法，研究组给予无保护会阴接生法，比较两组会阴裂伤程度、分娩疼痛及会阴切开情况。结果：研究组0度会阴裂伤率、0度分娩疼痛率、会阴完整率均显著优于对照组，差异均具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：无保护会阴接生法可降低会阴裂伤程度，可有效减少分娩疼痛。
