金嗓散结丸联合高频雾化震动治疗早期声带息肉及声带小结的疗效观察

摘要

目的：探讨金嗓散结丸联合高频雾化震动在早期声带息肉及声带小结患者中的临床治疗效果。方法：收治早期声带息肉及声带小结患者80例，随机分为对照组和试验组各40例，对照组采用金嗓散结丸治疗，试验组采用金嗓散结丸联合高频雾化震动治疗，比较两组的治疗效果。结果：试验组总有效率(95%)明显高于对照组(85%)，满意率(95%)明显高于对照组(65%)，差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：金嗓散结丸联合高频雾化震动在早期声带息肉及声带小结患者中的临床治疗效果显著。%Objective:To explore the curative effect of Jin Sang San Jie pills combined with high-frequency atomizing vibration in the treatment of early vocal polyp and vocal nodules.Methods:80 patients with early vocal polyp and vocal nodules were selected. They were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated by Jin Sang San Jie pills.The experimental group was treated by Jin Sang San Jie pills combined with high-frequency atomizing vibration.We compared the treatment effect of two groups.Results:In the experimental group,the total efficiency of 95%was significantly higher than 85% of the control group;the satisfaction rate of 95% was significantly higher than 65% of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The curative effect of Jin Sang San Jie pills combined with high-frequency atomizing vibration in the treatment of early vocal polyp and vocal nodules was significant.
