手术治疗陈旧性踝关节骨折脱位的临床分析

摘要

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of operation in the treatment of old ankle fracture-dislocation.Methods:50 cases of patients with old ankle fracture-dislocation were divided into two groups randomly.The control group was treated with conventional traction combined with drug treatment.The research group was treated with operation.The clinical curative effect of two groups was compared.Results:The excellent and good rate of the research group was 92.0%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The fracture nonunion rate,infection rate and complication rate in the research group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Operation in the treatment of old ankle fracture-dislocation had remarkable clinical curative effect and fewer complication.%目的：探讨手术治疗陈旧性踝关节骨折脱位的临床效果。方法：收治陈旧性踝关节骨折脱位患者50例，随机分为两组。对照组给予常规牵引联合药物治疗，研究组给予手术治疗，比较两组临床疗效。结果：研究组优良率92.0%，明显高于对照组(P＜0.05)。研究组骨折不愈合率、感染率、并发症发生率显著低于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论：手术治疗陈旧性踝关节骨折脱位临床效果显著，并发症较少。
