综合护理对社区老年高脂血症患者血脂水平及生活质量影响的分析

摘要

Objective:To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing on serum lipid level and quality of life in elderly patients with hyperlipidemia.Methods:120 elderly patients with hyperlipidemia were selected.They were randomly divided into the intervention group and the control group with 60 cases in each.The control group were given drug treatment and outpatient health education,and the intervention group were given comprehensive nursing.Results:The blood lipid levels of the intervention group were significantly better than those before nursing(P<0.05).The quality of life of the intervention group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Comprehensive nursing for elderly patients with hyperlipidemia in community was helpful to improve the blood lipid level and improve the quality of life of patients.%目的：探讨综合护理对社区老年高脂血症患者血脂水平及生活质量的影响。方法：收治老年高脂血症患者120例，随机分为干预组与对照组各60例，对照组给予药物治疗及门诊健康教育，干预组实施综合护理。结果：护理后，干预组的血脂水平明显优于护理前(P＜0.05)；干预组生活质量评分显著高于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论：对社区老年高血脂患者实施综合护理，有助于改善患者的血脂水平，提高生活质量。
