高压氧治疗急性CO中毒的效果观察

摘要

Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of hyperbaric oxygen(HBO)on the treatment of patients with CO poisoning. Methods:100 patients with acute CO poisoning were selected,all patients were treated by HBO in addition to conventional medical treatment.Results:The effective rate of patients with acute CO poisoning treated by HBO was 100%.The probability of occurrence of delayed encephalopathy was 2%~3% of the eldly who were in a coma for more than 4 hours with more than 30 times treatment. Conclusion:The HBO treatment of patients with acute CO poisoning has a significant effect,and it can reduce the incidence of complications and mortality.%目的:观察高压氧(HBO)对CO中毒的疗效.方法:收治急性CO中毒患者100例,除常规内科治疗外均施行HBO治疗.结果:接受HBO治疗的CO中毒患者有效率100%.昏迷时间>4 h的老年人治疗次数在30次以上发生迟发型脑病的几率2%~3%.结论:HBO治疗急性CO中毒有显著疗效,并降低并发症的发生率和死亡率.
