目的：探讨米索前列醇治疗妊娠高血压综合征患者产后出血的临床效果。方法：收治妊娠高血压综合征产后出血患者55例，随机分为两组。对照组给予缩宫素治疗，观察组在对照组基础上给予米索前列醇治疗，比较两组临床治疗效果、舒张压、收缩压、5 h 出血量以及15 h 出血量。结果：观察组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(P＜0.05)。治疗后，观察组舒张压、收缩压以及出血量均明显低于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论：米索前列醇治疗妊娠高血压综合征产后出血患者的临床效果较好，产后出血量减少。%Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of misoprostol in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage in patients with pregnancy induced hypertension.Methods:55 cases of postpartum hemorrhage in patients with pregnancy induced hypertension were divided into two groups randomly.The control group was treated with oxytocin.The observation group was treated with misoprostol on the basis of the control group.The clinical effect,diastolic blood pressure,systolic blood pressure,blood loss in 5 h and blood loss in 15 h in the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05).After treatment,the diastolic blood pressure,systolic blood pressure and blood loss in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Misoprostol in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage in patients with pregnancy induced hypertension had better clinical effect and the amount of postpartum hemorrhage was reduced.
