骨瓜提取物注射液治疗膝骨性关节炎的疗效观察

摘要

目的：分析骨瓜提取物联合玻璃酸钠治疗膝骨性关节炎的临床疗效。方法：收治膝骨性关节炎患者100例，随机分为对照组和研究组各50例，对照组给予关节腔注射玻璃酸钠治疗，研究组在对照组的治疗基础上给予骨瓜提取物注射液静脉滴注治疗。比较两组患者的临床效果。结果：两组患者治疗后各项WOMAC评分均显著低于治疗前(P＜0.05)；治疗后，研究组关节僵硬和腰膝酸软评分低于对照组(P＜0.05)；研究组治疗总有效率90.0%，明显高于对照组的64.0%(P＜0.05)。结论：骨瓜提取物联合玻璃酸钠治疗膝骨性关节炎具有显著疗效，能够有效改善患者临床症状。%Objective:To analyze the clinical curative effect of bone melon extract combined with sodium hyaluronate in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis.Methods:100 patients with knee osteoarthritis were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and the study group with 50 cases in each.The control group was given intra-articular injection of sodium hyaluronate treatment.The study group was given intravenous infusion of bone melon extract injection treatment.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results:The WOMAC scores of the two groups after treatment were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,the joint stiffness and soreness of waist and knee scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the study group was 90%, which was significantly higher than 64.0% of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Bone melon extract combined with sodium hyaluronate in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis has a significant effect,and it can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients.
