结合使用抗生素与糖皮质激素治疗老年慢性阻塞性肺病的临床疗效

摘要

目的：探讨抗生素联合糖皮质激素治疗老年慢性阻塞性肺病的临床效果。方法：收治老年慢性阻塞性肺病患者80例，随机分为试验组和对照组，试验组采用糖皮质激素联合抗生素治疗，对照组采用抗生素治疗，比较两组治疗效果。结果：试验组的总有效率、TV、MVV、FVC、FEV1和FEV1%均明显优于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论：抗生素联合糖皮质激素治疗老年慢性阻塞性肺病的临床效果显著。%Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of antibiotics combined with glucocorticoid in the treatment of elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Methods:80 elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease were selected.They were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group.The experimental group was treated with glucocorticoid combined with antibiotics.The control group was treated with antibiotics.We compared the therapeutic effect of two groups.Results:In the experimental group,the total effective rate,TV,MVV,FVC,FEV1 and FEV1% were significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical efficacy of antibiotics combined with glucocorticoid in the treatment of elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease was significant.
