莫沙必利联合舒肝解郁胶囊与单药应用治疗功能性消化不良的临床疗效观察

摘要

Objective:To explore the clinical curative effect of mosapride combined with Shugan Jieyu capsule and single drug in the treatment of functional dyspepsia.Methods:106 patients with functional dyspepsia were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group with 53 cases in each.The control group was given mosapride single drug treatment.The observation group was given mosapride combined with Shugan Jieyu capsule treatment.The curative effects of two groups were compared.Results:The clinical curative effect of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The recurrence rate of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total medication and digestive function recovered to normal time of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Mosapride combined with Shugan Jieyu capsule in the treatment of functional dyspepsia have a better clinical curative effect.%目的：探讨莫沙必利、舒肝解郁胶囊联合应用与单药治疗功能性消化不良的临床疗效。方法：106例功能性消化不良患者随机分为对照组和观察组，各53例。对照组给予莫沙必利单药治疗，观察组给予莫沙必利、舒肝解郁胶囊联合治疗，比较两组患者的疗效。结果：观察组临床疗效明显高于对照组(P＜0.05)；观察组复发率明显低于对照组(P＜0.05)；观察组总用药和消化功能恢复正常时间均低于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论：舒肝解郁胶囊、莫沙必利联合治疗功能性消化不良具有较好的临床治疗效果。
