硫酸镁与硝苯地平控释片联用对妊高征患者的治疗效果观察

摘要

Objective:To observe the effect of magnesium sulfate combined with nifedipine controlled release tablets in the treatment of patients with pregnancy induced hypertension.Methods:64 patients with pregnancy induced hypertension were divided into the control group with 30 cases and the treatment group with 34 cases.The control group was given magnesium sulfate treatment.The treatment group was given magnesium sulfate combined with nifedipine controlled release tablets treatment. The clinical curative effects of the two groups were compared.Results:The clinical effective rate of the treatment group was 96.8%, which was significantly higher than 76.4% of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Magnesium sulfate combined with nifedipine controlled release tablets in the treatment of pregnancy induced hypertension has a good curative effect.%目的：观察硫酸镁与硝苯地平控释片联合治疗妊高征患者的效果。方法：64例妊娠期高血压患者分为对照组30例与治疗组34例。对照组给予硫酸镁治疗，治疗组给予硫酸镁联合硝苯地平控释片治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果：治疗组的临床有效率96.8%，明显高于对照组的76.4%(P＜0.05)。结论：硫酸镁与硝苯地平控释片联合治疗妊娠期高血压具有较好的疗效。
