Effect of combination of magnesium sulfate and nifedipine on hemodynamics and urinary protein levels of patients with gestational hypertension

摘要

Objective:To investigate the effect of the combination of magnesium sulfate and nifedipine on hemodynamics and urinary protein of patients with gestational hypertension. Methods:A total of 100 patients with gestational hypertension admitted to our hospital during december 2013 to September 2015 were selected, and were divided into control group (50 patients) and experimental group (50 patients). The control group only treated with magnesium sulfate, the experimental group used the combination with nifedipine which was based on of the control group. Hemodynamics and urinary protein of patients of two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results: Before the treatment, the differences of systolic blood pressure (SBP), diastolic blood pressure (DBP), whole blood viscosity (WBV) (high shear, shear and low shear) and the reduced viscosity of whole blood (WBRV) (high cut, cut and low cut) were not significant (P>0.05); After the treatment, those previous parameters of the two groups were significantly decreased (P0.05). But, after the treatment, 24 h proteinuria, urinary cadherin, and KNG1 of the two groups were statistically significantly lower than before (P<0.05), moreover, 24 h proteinuria, urinary cadherin, and KNG1 of experimental group were significantly lower than the control group (P<0.05).Conclusions:The combination of magnesium sulfate and nifedipine can effectively improve clinical symptoms in patients with gestational hypertension, also reduce blood viscosity. Due to its obvious curative effect, this combination treatment should be promoted widely.
