对干燥性角/结膜炎给予普拉洛芬及聚乙烯醇的临床治疗评价

摘要

Objective:To evaluate the clinical effect of pranoprofen and polyvinyl alcohol in the treatment of keratitis sicca and conjunctivitis sicca.Methods:210 cases of patients with keratitis sicca and conjunctivitis sicca were divided into two groups randomly.The control group was treated with polyvinyl alcohol eye drops.The research group was treated with pranoprofen eye drops based on the control group.The curative effect and tear breakup time in the two groups before and after treatment were compared.Results:The total effective rate of the research group was 97.14% ,and the cure rate was 61.90% ,which were significantly higher than those of the control group (P<0.05).The tear breakup time of the two groups after treatment were better than those before treatment (P<0.05).The tear breakup time of the research group after treatment was better than that of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Pranoprofen and polyvinyl alcohol in the treatment of keratitis sicca and conjunctivitis sicca had precise curative effect.%目的：评价对干燥性角/结膜炎给予普拉洛芬及聚乙烯醇的临床效果。方法：收治干燥性角/结膜炎患者210例，随机分为两组。对照组给予聚乙烯醇滴眼液治疗，研究组在对照组基础上给予普拉洛芬滴眼液治疗，比较两组疗效及治疗前后泪膜破裂时间。结果：研究组总有效率为97.14%，治愈率为61.90%，显著高于对照组的总有效率与治愈率(P＜0.05)。两组治疗后泪膜破裂时间均优于治疗前(P＜0.05)，研究组治疗后泪膜破裂时间优于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论：干燥性角/结膜炎给予普拉洛芬及聚乙烯醇联合给药疗效确切。
