噻托溴铵联合低流量吸氧治疗稳定期慢阻肺合并呼吸衰竭患者的疗效分析

摘要

目的：探讨噻托溴铵联合低流量吸氧治疗稳定期慢阻肺合并呼吸衰竭的临床效果。方法：收治稳定期慢阻肺合并呼吸衰竭患者100例，随机平分两组。观察组给予噻托溴铵联合低流量吸氧进行治疗，对照组单纯给予低流量吸氧进行治疗。结果：观察组和对照组的临床治疗总有效率分别为96.0%和78.0%；观察组和对照组治疗后的6 min步行距离和SGRQ评分均得到了显著改善，且观察组以上2项指标改善情况显著较优，组间比较，差异均具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：噻托溴铵联合低流量吸氧治疗稳定期慢阻肺合并呼吸衰竭患者，能够显著提高临床疗效，对患者的运动耐受力和生活质量具有显著的改善作用。%Objective:To investigate the curative effect of tiotropium bromide combined with low flow oxygen inhalation in the treatment of patients with stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease combined with respiratory failure.Methods:100 patients with stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease combined with respiratory failure were selected.They were randomly divided into the two groups on average.The observation group was treated with tiotropium bromide combined with low flow oxygen inhalation,while the control group was only treated with low flow oxygen inhalation.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group and the control group was 96% and 78% respectively.The 6 min walking distance and SGRQ scores were significantly improved in the observation group and the control group,and the improvement of the above two indicators in the observation group was significantly better.The differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Tiotropium bromide combined with low flow oxygen inhalation in the treatment of stable COPD combined with respiratory failure can significantly improve the clinical efficacy of patients.The exercise tolerance and quality of life were significantly improved.
