甲硝唑与奥硝唑治疗滴虫性阴道炎疗效对比

摘要

Objective:To compare the curative effect of metronidazole and ornidazole in treatment of trichomonal vaginitis. Methods:102 patients with trichomonas vaginitis were selected.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 51 cases in each.The observation group was treated with metronidazole,and the control group was treated with omidazole.Results:The efficacy and adverse reactions of the control group were better than those of the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The curative effect of omidazole in the treatment of trichomonal vaginitis was more significant than metronidazole.%目的：比较甲硝唑与奥硝唑治疗滴虫性阴道炎疗效。方法：收治滴虫性阴道炎患者102例，随机分为观察组和对照组各51例。观察组给予甲硝唑治疗，对照组给予奥硝唑治疗。结果：对照组疗效以及不良反应皆优于观察组(P＜0.05)。结论：奥硝唑治疗滴虫性阴道炎疗效比甲硝唑效果更加显著。
