结构式分工协作急诊抢救流程的质量与效率研究

摘要

Objective To study the quality and efficiency of division of labor and cooperation with structure type in the emergency rescue process.Methods Fifteen emergency nurses were divided into five rescue groups according to the core competence of the scores.A group consisted of a head nurse,an operation nurse and a assistant nurse.The division of labor and cooperation with structure type in the emergency rescue process was made and implemented from May 2013.The core competence, effectiveness and quality of nursing of emergency nurses before and after the implementation were compared.Results ①After the implementation of division of labor and cooperation with structure type, the core ability of nurses was higher than that before the implementation.② Oxygen inhalation and ECG monitoring time, total treatment time were shorten.③ After the implementation of division of labor and cooperation with structure type,the nursing quality score was higher than that before the implementation.Conclusion Division of labor and cooperation with structure type in emergency rescue process can improve the efficiency of rescue,ensure the quality and safety of nursing in emergency room.%目的：探讨实施结构式分工协作急诊抢救流程对急诊抢救质量的效果。方法根据核心能力评分将15名急诊护士以结构化护理小组形式分为5个救护组，每组有组长、操作护士、辅助护士各1名，制定小组协作抢救工作方案，于2013年5月开始实施。比较实施前后急诊护士核心能力、救护时效及护理质量。结果①实施结构式分工协作后护士核心能力高于实施前。②吸氧与心电监护时间及总抢救时间较实施前有所缩短。③实施结构式分工协作后护理质量评分高于实施前。结论结构式分工协作急诊抢救流程实施提高了急救的时效性，保证了抢救室的护理质量和护理安全。
