美沙拉嗪联合灌肠治疗溃疡性结肠炎的临床效果观察

摘要

Objective To explore the clinical effect of oral Mesalazin and enema by Mesalazin at the same time in the treatment of ulcerative colitis.Methods:92 ulcerative colitis patients were selected treated in our hospital between January 2013 and December 2013.They were equally divided into contrast group and observation group,the contrast group patients were treated by oral Mesalazin,but the observation group were treated by oral Mesalazin and enema at the same time.{Results:36 patients in the observation group were markedly effective,8 were effective,2 were invalid,and the effective rate was 95.65%.but in the contrast group,14 patients were markedly effective,12 were effective,20 were invalid,and the effective rate was 56.52%.The difference was statistically significant the between contrast group and the observation group (P <0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of oral Mesalazin and enema by Mesala-zin at the same time in the treatment of ulcerative colitis was obvious,and it is worthy of wide application.%目的：探究美沙拉嗪联合灌肠治疗溃疡性结肠炎的临床效果。方法：研究对象为我院于2013年1月到2013年12月期间收治的92例溃疡性结肠炎患者，按照随机分组的原则，分为对照组46人和观察组46人。对照组选用口服美沙拉嗪进行治疗，观察组患者选用美沙拉嗪口服联合灌肠进行治疗。结果：观察组46例患者中显效36例、有效8例、无效2例，有效率为95．65％。对照组中显效14例、有效12例、无效20例，有效率56．52％。观察组有效率明显高于对照组，差异统计学的意义（P ＜0．05）。结论：美沙拉嗪联合灌肠治疗溃疡性结肠炎的临床效果显著，值得广泛应用。
