23例孕妇产前免疫血清学检测结果分析

摘要

目的：探讨23例孕妇产前免疫血清学检测结果。方法：收集我院23例孕妇，对其产前免疫血清学的检验，对免疫血清学检测结果进行分析。结果：对孕妇实施产前免疫血清学的检测完成后出现了抗 A 效价高于64、抗 D 效价高于64的情况。结论：在临床对孕妇实施产前免疫血清学检测完成后，和 HDN 有着极为密切的关系，可以作为夫妇血型不合的产前常规检测的项目。%objective to explore the 23 cases prenatal immune serological test results.Method to collect data of 23 cases of pregnant women,are immune to the prenatal serological test,analyze the immune serological test results.Results after the completion of the implementation of prenatal immune serological detection for the pregnant woman appeared A titer higher than 64 resistance,resistance to D titer higher than 64.Conclusion in clinical implementation of prenatal immune sero-logical detection for the pregnant woman,after the completion of and HDN have extremely close relations,can be a couple out prenatal detection of blood type of pro-ject.
