儿童克罗恩氏病误诊为阑尾炎1例分析

摘要

目的:通过本例误诊分析可以从中吸取教训,进一步提高对克罗氏恩病的认识,减少对克罗恩氏病误诊,为今后诊治本病提供经验.方法:回顾分析本院2015年8月收治的1例克隆罗氏病误诊为阑尾炎手术治疗,并随访12个月的病例.结果:该病例误诊为阑尾炎并行阑尾炎切除术,教训深刻,经英夫利昔单抗和积极营养支持等治疗,恢复良好.结论:克罗恩氏病回肠末端累及较多,易误诊为阑尾炎,应引起临床高度重视.%Objective:Draw lessons through the analysis on the misdiagnosis, further enhance the understanding of Crohn's disease, reduce misdiagnosis, and provide experience in diagnosis and treatment of this disease for future.Methods: one case of Crohn disease was misdiagnosed as appendicitis surgical treatment in our hospital in August 2015,and then the case was followed up for 12 months.Results: the misdiagnosis of resection of appendicitis is a profound lesson, after infliximab and positive nutritional treatment,the patient recovered well.Conclusion: Crohn's disease involving the ileum are easy to diagnosis of appendicitis, clinicians should pay more attention to it.
