用Sacpic染色法研究内蒙古阿尔巴斯绒山羊皮肤毛囊内根鞘的变化与绒毛生长的关系

     

摘要

用Sacpic染色法,研究内蒙古阿尔巴斯绒山羊出生后皮肤毛囊组织中内根鞘随季节所发生的变化规律。从出生后每隔三个月采一次皮样,共采四次皮样,对应夏秋冬春四个不同的季节。制作石蜡皮肤切片,染色,显微镜下观察,发现具有生长活性的毛囊内根鞘被染成红色,无生长活性的毛囊无鲜明的红色内根鞘。因此,红色内根鞘的存在与否成为确定绒山羊毛囊活性状态的一个重要标志。对不同季节毛囊以红色内根鞘为活性标记作了记数统计,得到毛囊活性随季节变化曲线。从曲线看出,次级毛囊活性变化曲线为钟形曲线,秋季次级毛囊活性最高,春季次级毛囊活性最低,而初级毛囊的生长曲线从6月龄后无显著的起伏。实验结果在毛囊组织水平证明了绒山羊次级毛囊为同步生长,初级毛囊为不同步生长,此结果与绒毛生长表观现象相一致。%A histology variation of growing hair follicles is described in Inner Mongolia Alpas goat skin for four seasons with Sacpic staining method. Samples of skin were taken at interval three months from birthday, these time correspond to summer, autumn, winter and spring. Paraffin sections of hair follicle were made up, stained, observed by microscope. Results are that the inner root sheath of active follicle were stained red color, but quiescent follicles, no red inner root sheath. Therefore the red inner root sheath is an important market for determining the activity of state of hair follicles. The active and quiescent follicles were counted in transverse section at different phases, a change curve of growing hair follicles for seasons were drawn on paper. The variation of secondary hair follicle is a bell shape viewed in diagram. The activity of the second follicle is highest in autumn, and lowest in spring. The curve of the primary follicle is no clear rising and falling after 6-month age. It is demonstrated that secondary hair follicle is synchronism growth on histology level, the primary hair follicle is asynchrony growth. The result is identical with apparent feature of the fiber growing in Alpas goat.
