我国优秀花样滑冰单人滑项目运动员专项体能评价指标体系构建

摘要

With the analysis object of 17 excellent individual figure skaters, the paper has a test of 30 ex-tractive indexes filtrated from 45 primary indexes by questioning some experts .With the methods of R type cluster analysis and multivariate linear regression analysis , it finalizes the results as follows: there are 10 in-dexes of effectively reporting the physical capability of Chinese excellent men skaters , and 11 indexes of cor-respondingly reporting the women's condition, and also formulates the various indexes 'each evaluation stand-ard of men and women skaters with the percentile method .Its purpose is to suggest a reference for the coa -ches to scientifically program the skaters 'physical training and identifying the talents of individual figure skating.%　　以17名花样滑冰单人滑项目优秀运动员为研究对象，用专家问卷法从45项初选体能结构指标中筛选出30项复选指标，并对17名运动员进行测试，其测试结果用 R 型聚类分析方法和多元线性回归分析最终确定能有效反映我国优秀花样滑冰单人滑项目男子运动员体能水平的10项指标及女子运动员体能水平的11项指标，并采用百分位法制定我国优秀花样滑冰单人滑项目男、女运动员体能各指标的单项评分标准，旨在为教练员科学规划运动员的体能训练提供依据，并为花样滑冰单人滑项目选材提供参考
