“十二冬”后吉林省速度滑冰项目竞技实力发展研究

摘要

In the 12th Winter Games, speed skating all -round events of Jilin has made great breakthrough . Using the method of literature , field survey and interview , the paper analyzes the factors which promote the competitive strength of Jilin speed skating sports in the 12th Winter Games and provide theoretical basis for continuing to maintain and improve the competitive strength of Jilin speed skating .Research finds that using the ripe foreign experience , improve the professional level of Jilin speed skating and the scientific training system ,further deepen scientific training of skaters , make great efforts to transfer to civilian work for skat-ers, keep the reasonable development strategy and scientific training , research on key projects , realize the two all -round events have a breakthrough and improvement of Jilin speed skating in the 12 th Winter Games.%第十二届冬运会吉林省速度滑冰大、小全能项目取得很大突破。运用文献资料法、实地调查法及访谈法进行研究，分析吉林省速度滑冰在本次冬运会中竞技实力的促进因素，为吉林省速度滑冰项目竞技实力继续保持和完善提供理论依据。研究发现，利用国外成熟经验提高吉林省速度滑冰项目专业人才水平，完善科学训练体系，进一步深化运动员科学培养，加大转业运动员的安置力度，保持科学训练和合理的项目发展战略，针对重点项目进行重点攻关，实现吉林省第十二届冬运会速度滑冰两个全能项目的突破与提高。
