力量训练应注意的几个问题

In competitive sports,good performance based on strength quality level of athletes which is one of the key factors to decide the athlete's potential. White muscle fibers in muscle,muscle physiological cross-section of muscle,initial length of muscle,numbers of muscle fibers participating in activities,stretch angle of muscle,forms of muscle contraction,the frequency and intensity of nerve process,control and coordination ability of nerve centre,and psychological state are the main factors that influence the explosive force,strength training mode plays a key role in improving the explosive force of athletes,muscle strength converted into special ability is the difficulty of strength training quality. Coaches must grasp the difficult problems in strength training,always pay attention to the factors of influencing the strength performance,pay attention to the strength training of core region, strength training should be scientific,systemic,uninterrupted and orderly arrangement,combined the correct technical movements and special,grasp the key to improve the training quality of several points, to improve the effect of strength training,achieve the expected purposes of strength training.%在竞技体育运动中,运动员的力量素质水平是取得优异运动成绩的基础,是决定运动员发展潜能的关键性因素之一。白肌纤维在肌肉中比例、肌肉的生理横断面、肌肉的初长度、参与活动的肌纤维数量、肌肉的牵拉角度、肌肉收缩的形式、神经过程的频率和强度、神经中枢对肌肉活动的支配和调解能力,以及心理状态等是影响爆发力表现的主要因素,力量训练的方式对提高运动员的爆发力起到关键性作用,将肌力转换成专项能力是力量训练质量的难点。教练员必须把握住这些力量训练的疑难问题,训练中时刻注意影响力量表现的因素,注重核心区域的力量训练,力量素质训练要系统、科学、不间断、循序渐进地安排,正确的技术动作与专项结合,把握提高训练质量这几个关键结点,才能提高力量训练效果,达到力量训练的预期目的。
