黑龙江省冰上艺术表演市场国际化发展的路径研究

Internationalization developing routes is the necessity and trend of ice art performing market in Heilongjiang province. With the methods of documents,experts interviews,case studies,this paper has an analysis on internationalization developing routes of ice art performing market in Heilongjiang province,the results show:there is no managing modes and business norms which goes with the tide of world development,lack of effective international market discipline and managing means,need to establish regulation with macro management and practice;In the practice towards to internationalization of ice art performing industry,lack of management talents who are familiar with intermediate,it is very difficult to achieve effective connecting between international and national market. Put forward to strengthen the integration with international industry market,cultivate a group of professional management talents and organizations,perfect the legal,policy system,strengthen systemic warrant of industry operation,key breakthrough and bring“stars”commercial effect,establish internationalization industry operation modes,in order to provide theoretical reference for internationalization developing of ice art performing market in Heilongjiang province.%国际化发展道路是黑龙江省冰上艺术表演市场发展必然和趋势。通过文献资料、专家访谈、个案研究等方法，对黑龙江省冰上艺术表演市场国际化发展的路径进行分析，结果表明：国内冰上艺术表演产业尚未建立起与国际接轨的管理模式和商业规范，缺乏有效的国际市场约束和管理手段，需要建立起宏观管理与实践操作层面的制度规范；冰上艺术表演产业向国际化方向跨越的实践中，缺乏深谙中间环节的管理人才，很难实现国内外市场的有效衔接。提出加强与国际产业市场接轨，培养一批专业的管理人才和组织机构，完善法律、法规、政策体系，加强产业运营的制度保障，重点突破带动“明星”商业效应，建立国际化产业运行模式等对策和建议，旨为黑龙江省冰上艺术表演市场国际化发展提供理论参考依据。
