中国冰壶后备人才的培养策略研究——2014~2015年度全国青年冰壶锦标赛评述

     

摘要

做好冰壶后备人才的培养工作,才能帮助我国冰壶运动输送源源不断的新鲜血液,保持冰壶运动的活力.通过评析此次赛会旨在分析我国青少年冰壶运动员的培养模式,讨论如何强化冰壶后备人才的输送与培养,加快推动冰壶的未来发展.本次比赛规程与国际接轨,比赛结果表明,我国的后备人才在数量和质量上均有待提高,东三省地区的队伍成绩占优,其中以哈尔滨地区的队伍质量最高;反映出当前教练员的专业素质需要强化,冰壶后备人才的培养方式亟需改进,加强运动员与教练员的专业素质成为冰壶发展过程中的首要任务.提出对运动员和教练员进行双重培养,加大对冰壶专业人士的培养力度,采用多方位、多形式的宣传方式提高冰壶运动的知名度.%Good training for curling reserve talents could help Chinese curling have a steady new blood and keep energy. The purpose of commenting the Championship is to analyze the training mode of Chinese young curling players, to discuss how to strengthen the supplement, cultivation of curling reserve talents, and speed up the future promotion of curling. The competition rules are in line with international standards. The competition results show what must be improved is Chinese reserve talents on both the quantity and quality. The teams from northeastern area dominant in results, especially the teams from Harbin. And this competition reflects that the professional quality of coaches need to be improved. Training modes of curling reserve talents need to be improved badly. Improving the professional quality of the athletes and coaches becomes the most important task in the development of curling. Training on both athletes and coaches is put forward. Make efforts to train on the curling professionals, with multi direction and forms of publicity way to improve popularity of curling.
