速度滑冰教学创新与学生学习实践能力提高的研究

         

摘要

速度滑冰课程是北方高校冬季传统的体育课程,对提高大学生身心健康具有重要的作用。以高校大学生为研究对象,将“自主––合作––实践探究”教学模式在速度滑冰教学中进行应用实验研究。通过两个冰期的速度滑冰教学实践研究表明,在教学过程中,“自主––合作––实践探究”教学模式能从大学生的主体出发,采用主动式的互动学习,使学生从合作中取长补短。随着学生主动参与程度的不断提高,互助学习的愿望增强了,在实践探究学习中学生发现问题、分析问题、解决问题的能力得到了进一步提高,取得了较好的教学效果。%Speed skating curriculum is the traditional physical education curriculum in winter in northern universities, and has an important function to improve the physical and mental health of college students. taking the college students as research objects, the teaching mode of "autonomy – cooperation – practice research" is applied to speed skating teaching. two glacial period of speed skating teaching practice research shows that in the process of teaching, the teaching model of "autonomy–cooperation–practice research" can be started from the main part of the students, using active interactive learning, enable students complementarity from with each other in cooperation. with continuous improvement of students' active participation, mutual desire for learning enhanced, the ability of discovering problems, analyzing problems and solving problems has been further improved, and achieved a good teaching effect.
