音叉振动密度计在固液比在线测量上的应用探讨

This paper points out the great significance of solid-toliquid ratio control in vacuum salt evaporation and crystallization technology and proposes to realize the density online test by using tuning fork vibration densimeter and true sense automatic process control in vacuum salt making through the analysis of the working principle of plug-in tuning fork vibration densimeter.This program is easy,reliable,with accurate measurement data and stable operation instrument,as well as long life,which is the best choice for solid-to-liquid ratio online test.%指出了固液比控制在真空制盐蒸发结晶工艺上的重要意义,通过剖析插入式音叉振动密度计的工作原理,提出利用插入式音叉振动式密度计实现固液比在线测量,进而实现真空制盐真正意义上的全自动过程控制。该方案简单可靠,测量数据准确,仪器运行稳定、寿命长,是固液比在线测量的最佳选择。
