理论联系实践建设化工企业安全重点防控体系

摘要

This paper analyzes the status quo and causes of the safety production of chemical enterprise under the new era and proposes the importance of constructing the safety key-point prevention and control system.On this basis,the paper makes analysis on how to construct the safety key-point prevention and control system and the maintenance after construction which is of some theoretical reference and practice guidance for the safety management long-term mechanism of the chemical enterprises.%分析了新时期化工企业安全生产的现状并剖析其原因,提出了建设安全重点防控体系建设的重要性。在此基础上,分析安全重点防控体系如何建设以及建设成功之后的维护,为实现化工企业的安全管理长效机制提供了理论参考和实践指导。
