AHP在盐业公司高层次人才绩效考核指标体系中的应用

             

摘要

在盐业体制改革势在必行的新形势下,盐业公司高层次人才对企业的发展壮大起着举足轻重的作用,如何充分调动其工作积极性、主动性,对盐业公司高层次人才的绩效进行科学、合理考核非常重要。本文通过采用AHP法.得出如下结论:盐业公司高层次人才绩效考核指标中最重要的是工作业绩指标,其次依次为:工作能力、工作表现和知识水平。%Under the new situation that the salt monopoly system reform is imperative, the high-level talents of the salt enterprises play a very important role in the development and the growth of the enterprises. Scientific and reasonable assessment of the performance of the high-level talents is very important to fully arouse their enthusiasm and initiative. Based on the method of AHP, this paper concludes that performance evaluation indicator is the most important in performance index and then followed by work ability, working performance and knowledge level.
