水平井连通水溶开采过程中流场的数值模拟

         

摘要

针对开采层状盐矿矿床中单层的有用矿物,某盐矿采用水平井连通水溶开采法对该矿层进行开采。盐矿实际的开采工艺中,由于注水端和出水端侧溶速度的不同导致注水端和出水端侧向尺寸的差异,可采用间歇式调井的方法来保障水平腔体的均衡发展。采用Fluent数值模拟法,模拟该盐矿水平溶腔不同阶段在不同的注水量溶腔内流场的分布规律,得到不同情况下水平溶腔靠近边界处的流速,对于水平溶腔的不同发展阶段,存在一个理想的注水量,使得盐矿床能高效的溶采。%According to the mining of the monolayer minerals in layered salt deposit,a certain salt mine exploits ore in horizontal well of controlled solution mining.In actual mining process,as the difference of lateral dissolution rates at the end of water injection and at the end of brine production results in dimension difference between the end of water injection and the end of brine production,intermittent well adjustment can be applied to ensure balanced development in horizontal cavity.Numerical simulation software(fluent) is used to simulate the flow field distribution of the different stages of cavity in different water injection rates,and gain flow rate nearby the boundary of horizontal cavity in different situations.In the different development stages of horizontal cavity,there is an ideal water injection rate to make effective operation in the solution mining of rock-salt deposite.
