黄卤与岩卤兑卤提钡技术探索

摘要

针对蓬莱盐化公司黄卤中富含钡、锶等微量元素的特点，并结合现生产情况，进行了黄卤与岩卤的两步兑卤实验，找出了钡、锶、钙盐的析出规律，为黄卤制盐和化工装置的工程设计提供了可靠的参考依据，同时也为同类硫酸钡的生产提供了很有价值的参考意义。%According to the characteristics of the rich barium,stronium and other trace elements in the yellow brine of Penglai Salt and Chemical Corporation, this paper carries out the two-step brine exchange experiment between yellow brine and rock brine and finds out the precipitation principle of barium, stronium, and calcium based on the production situation which supplies a reliable reference for the salt making with yellow brine and the engineering design of the devices in chemical indsutry and meanwhile provides valuable reference for the production of barium sulfate.
