浅谈如何降低昆明盐矿末效落块盐频率

摘要

This paper analyzes the causes of frequent dropping of salt block from the last evaporator and the relationships among washing brine of salt leg, false brush denitrification system EV-302 evaporation tank and scaling of tube wall by taking 800,000 t/y vacuum salt making system in Kunming salt mine as the study object. Then this paper proposes the solutions to reduce the frequency of salt block dropping.%以昆明盐矿80万吨真空制盐作为研究对象，分析了末效频繁落块盐与盐腿淘洗卤、假刷硝系统EV-302蒸发罐、管壁结垢的关系，确定了造成末效落块盐的主要原因，从而提出了如何降低落块盐频率的措施。
