地下盐穴储气库溶腔施工过程中的腔顶氮气保护技术

摘要

阐述了某国外盐穴储气库利用氮气作为阻溶剂建造盐穴储气库腔体的实际操作过程，包括地面注氮气工艺，在溶腔开始阶段、初期阶段、溶腔过程和作业停井的氮气操作及监测。利用该储气库溶腔第一阶段氮气消耗与国内某盐穴储气库溶腔第一阶段柴油消耗数据从技术经济性上进行了对比。%This paper demonstrates the actual leaching operation of a foreign salt cavern gas storage with nitrogen as the blanket, including nitrogen injection process, nitrogen operation and monitoring during start leaching, initial stage, leaching process and stop leaching for workover. Carry out the comparison between the use of the nitrogen in the first stage of salt cavern gas storage and the consumption of diesel in the first phase of a domestic salt cavern gas storage on the techno-economical value.
